At Hammerhead Shots, we’re all about peace, love and having a drink with friends.  Violence is usually not part of the equation.

So why is it that some of the best mixed-drinks have the most violent names!?  

Today we profile some of the most violent, delicious and fun to drink shots that you can load up your shot ski with.  

It’s time to get rowdy!

Ingredients

1/2 ounce sambuca

1/2 ounce vodka

3 drops Tabasco sauce

Instructions

In a shot glass, layer ingredients in order: sambuca, vodka, then Tabasco sauce.

Ingredients

1/2 ounce Bacardi 151 rum

1/2 ounce Jack Daniel's Tennessee whiskey

1/2 ounce Everclear alcohol

1/2 ounce Cazadores tequila

Instructions

Pour rum, whiskey, Everclear alcohol, and tequila into a shot glass and shoot!

Ingredients

1/3 ounce Kahlua coffee liqueur

1/3 ounce butterscotch schnapps

1/3 ounce amaretto

1/3 ounce Jose Cuervo 1800 tequila

1/3 ounce Goldschlager cinnamon schnapps

1/3 ounce Bailey's Irish cream

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a shot glass and shoot!

Buttery Nipple

Ingredients

1-ounce Butterscotch Schnapps

1/2 ounce Irish Cream

Instructions

Pour Butterscotch Schnapps in the bottom of a shot glass. Carefully layer Irish Cream on top to float. Shoot it!

Irish Car Bomb

Ingredients

1 pint Guinness Beer

1 shot Irish Cream

1 shot Irish Whiskey

Instructions

Fill a pint glass two-thirds full of Guinness. Fill a *double shot glass with Jameson and Baileys. Drop the shot glass into the Guinness and chug its entirety immediately. *Use a plastic shot glass to prevent shot glass from chipping.

 

Number 5 –  Ever do a shot ski shot with a straw?  Is it cheating? Who cares, because after this you won’t remember what you did anyway.  

Mind Eraser

Ingredients

1-1/4 ounce Coffee Liqueur

3/4 ounce Vodka

Splash Club Soda

Build over ice. Serve with a straw.

Instructions

The Mind Eraser gets placed within the shot realm because it is supposed to be consumed with one fail swoop of a gulp through the straw. That’s one mighty head rush.

 

Number 4 -  Weird. Maybe violent.  Maybe not. Definitely purple…

Purple Hooter

Ingredients

1/2 ounce Vodka

1/2 ounce Raspberry Liqueur

1/2 ounce Sour Mix

Splash Sprite

Instructions

Combine first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to chill. Strain into a pony glass. Add a splash of Sprite. Serve.

Ingredients

1 ounce Jim Beam bourbon whiskey

1/2 ounce Johnnie Walker Black Label Scotch whiskey

1/2 ounce Romana black sambuca

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into a shot glass and rip the shot!

Squished Smurf

Ingredients

1/2 ounce peach schnapps

1/4 ounce Bailey's Irish cream

1/4 ounce blue curacao

2 1/2 drops grenadine syrup

Instructions

Layer ingredients in a shot glass in order.

The Shark Bite!  

Ingredients

3/4 ounce Captain Morgan spiced rum

3/4 ounce light rum

1/2 ounce blue curacao

1 1/2 ounce sour mix

3 drops grenadine

Instructions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Pour in all your ingredients except for the grenadine.

Shake it well and strain into an old-fashioned glass.

Drop the grenadine over an ice cube and serve quickly so it looks like blood in the water

Enjoy on your favorite Hammerhead Shots shot ski
